Mustang

A unique walk from the deepest valley on the planet, northward towards the desert like situated Kingdom of Mustang. From the starting point of Pokhara, you can with a little aeroplane or by foot get to Jomoson not far from Kagbeni. Kagbeni ist the border to the upper Mustang, from there on you require a trekking permit at a cost of $50 per person per day. From Kagbeni to the main regional centre Lo-Manthang and back again you have to allow for 10 days, Raj has guided this trekking tour several times. He knows all the routes, as well as the villages, the local people and the places to stop for the night and to eat at.
